• Clinical Shift Schedule: 8a–8p, 8p–8a, or 24-hour shifts
PATIENT INFORMATION:
• Patient Demographics: Adults and Geriatrics
• Patient Volume/Census: 7,100 annual visits
• Admissions: Yes
• Case Mix: Emergency Medicine
FACILITY INFORMATION:
• Specialty Backup Available: ICU Open
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE:
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Licenses: Active IL medical license, Controlled Substance license, DEA with IL address
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, Board Certified in EM/IM/FM (ABPS not accepted)
• Experience: CME completed within past 2 years
• Other Qualifications: Vaccination or exemption required, hospital interview required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide emergency medical care and perform necessary procedures
• Manage patients during assigned shifts including admissions as necessary
• Collaborate with ICU and support staff to deliver optimal patient care
• Complete hospital enrollment and credentialing documentation
• Participate in hospital interview process prior to assignment
