Setting: Emergency Department, Forks Community Hospital (Level 1 Trauma)
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and manage emergency patients

Respond to cardiac/cardiopulmonary arrest

Provide discharge instructions and documentation

Collaborate with ED staff and facility personnel

Review all diagnostic reports

Ensure medical records are accurate and maintained
Required Procedures: Emergency response, stabilization techniques
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Multidisciplinary ED team
Days Per Month: Full-time equivalent; schedule based on 24-hour shifts
On-Call/Weekends: As part of full-time schedule
Submission Requirements:

Active Washington State Physician and Surgeons License – Required
