Client is looking for an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician.
Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician
Job Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
Location: Ohio
Shift: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm OR 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
Start Date: ASAP (As soon as credentialed)
Credentialing Timeframe: Min 45-60 days
EMR - MediTech
Annual Volume - 24,500 - 25,500
Physician Shifts - 7a-7p, 7p-7a
Number of beds - 17
Job Responsibilities
Stabilize critical conditions (e.g., trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure).
Perform emergency procedures (intubation, suturing, CPR, etc.).
Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Make decisions on patient admission, discharge, or referrals.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Document patient care accurately and promptly.
Stay current with emergency medicine practices and protocols.
Qualifications
Clean background - no exceptions
OH state License - REQUIRED
MUST have BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS - REQUIRED
NRP - REQUIRED
