Practice Setting

• Work at an 18-bed critical access hospital with a 6-bed Emergency Department
• Average 14-15 patients per day, treating pediatrics to geriatrics with diverse rural cases
• Full-spectrum emergency medicine, including trauma, procedures, and critical care
• On-site ancillary services, including X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, lab, and specialty support

Schedule

• 24-hour shifts; only 6 shifts required per month!
  • Strong support staff, including TNCC-certified nurses and paramedics trained for intubations

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary of up to $400,000 for experienced providers
  • Up to $50k stipend for medical directorship
