- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (EM)
OR
Board Certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) with Emergency Medicine experience - Ohio Medical License (in hand or in process) – Required
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (upload to Documents) – Required
- Malpractice and Licensing Must have a clean history – Required
- Must indicate whether the provider requires J1 or H1B visa support – Required
Options:
Option 1: Independent Contractor (1099)

Hourly Rate: $250/hour (all-inclusive)

Job Responsibilities
Emergency Department Volume: ~27,000 visits per year
Emergency Department Beds: 16
Coverage Provided:
24 hours/day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts)
36 hours/day of APP (Advanced Practice Provider) coverage
EMR System: Meditech
Leadership: Physician-led organization
Support: On-site administrative support
Qualifications
OR
Board Certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) with Emergency Medicine experience
Ohio Medical License (in hand or in process) – Required
