Independent Contractor (1099):

Hourly Rate: $250/hour (all-inclusive)

Optional Night Shift Bonus: +$10/hour for working all night shifts

Job Responsibilities
• Full-time, permanent position
• Emergency Department Volume: ~27,000 visits/year
• Emergency Department Beds: 16
• Physician-led organization
Coverage:
• 24 hours/day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts)
• 36 hours/day of APP (Advanced Practice Provider) coverage
• EMR - Meditech
• Physician-Led Organization
• On-Site Administrative Support - Yes
• May require relocation or local residency
• To be discussed during interview
Qualifications
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
OR
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience
State Medical license of Ohio (OH)
Must be clean Malpractice – Required

Working Hours
