Job Type:

- Minimum 12 months or 2,000 hours of Emergency Medicine experience – Required
- State License of Ohio
- COVID-19 Proof of vaccination – Required
- Clean malpractice & licensing history – Required
- Indicate if visa support is required (J1/H1B) – Required
- Emergency Medicine (EM)
- OR Internal Medicine (IM)/Family Medicine (FM) with Emergency Medicine experience
Compensation & Employment Options:
Options:
- Full-Time Employee (W2)
- Independent Contractor (1099)
Contract Types:
- W2 Employee
- 1099 Independent Contractor (IC) with guaranteed shifts
Rates :
- 1099: $250/hour
- W2: $240/hour
- Additional $10/hour for working all night shifts
Full-Time :

- $3,000 CME allowance

Job Responsibilities
Emergency Department Volume: ~28,000 visits/year
Emergency Department Beds: 22
Coverage:
24 hours/day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts)
36 hours/day of APP coverage
Charting System: EPIC
Physician-Led Organization
On-Site Administrative Support - Yes
Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD or DO)
Minimum 12 months or 2,000 hours of Emergency Medicine experience – Required
State License of Ohio
COVID-19 Proof of vaccination – Required
Clean malpractice & licensing history – Required

Board Certification:
Emergency Medicine (EM)
