- Work Dates Needed: Minimum 5 shifts, need 8 FTE across the Health System
- Preferred Schedule: Monday: 7a-4p, 1p-9p, & 9p-7a. Sunday & Tues-Thursday: 7a-3p, 2p-10p, & 9p-7a. Friday – Sunday : 7a-7p & 7p-7a
- Worksite Setting: Hospital, 24,000 annual patients, 15 Beds & 2 Fast Track Beds
- Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine, 65 PPD, no trauma level designation
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE, TX State License,
- EMR: EPIC, no scribe coverage
Additional Details an Emergency Medicine Physician will want to know about a position:
- Residency's Accepted: Emergency Medicine only
- Marshall accepts EM residency trained docs only
- Alternative Boards not accepted
- What is the backup subspecialty support make up at the facility? Ortho, GI, Telenephrology, Teleneuro, & Telepsych
- What is the APC coverage? Mon-Tues: 10a-10p. Wed-Sun: 10a-9p
- What is the % of Admitted Patients? 10%
- The Good Shepherd system is a total of 5 facilities: Longview, NorthPark, Kilgore, Marshall, and Henderson (new build) will soon open in Aug 2025. The hospital will allow locums to work at Kilgore and Marshall ONLY at this time.
