A well-supported Emergency Department in Bay City, Michigan is seeking Board-Certified EM, FM, or IM Physicians with at least 2+ years of recent ED experience to assist with ongoing shift coverage. This is a great opportunity for local providers looking for flexibility and a collaborative environment.
📅 Open Dates:
- 🕒 Shift types: 9, 10, and 12-hour shifts
- 👩⚕️ Multiple dates are open
🛠️ Job Details:
- 🧑⚕️ Avg. 1.8 patients/hour per physician | ~80/day total
- 👩⚕️ APP support for 12 hours daily
- 💻 EMR: Cerner
- 🧪 Full lab & radiology support
- 🧰 ED Procedures Required:
Central & Arterial lines, Ventilation, Intubation, I&D, Suturing, LP, Paracentesis, Arthrocentesis, EKGs, OB/newborn resuscitation, psych evals (all ages), trauma & ortho care, etc.
✅ Submission Requirements:
- 🎓 Board Certified in EM, IM, or FM (No BE)
- 🩺 MI License – Required at time of submission
- 🧪 Certs: ACLS, BLS, PALS – Required
