Emergency Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Night 12 Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75
This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Nocturnist only; nights needed in the newly renovated 22-bed ED
- Annual volume: 60,000 annual ED visits; 17% admission rate, 15% pediatrics, 9% critical care
- NP/PA Coverage: 62 hours of APP coverage; 44 hours of physician coverage (10- and 12-hour night shifts)
- Back up specialties available: ICU responsibilities and open ICU, details TBD
- EMR: MyHealthONE (HCA Florida’s integrated system)
- Certifications required: Board Certified (EM or FM/IM with EM experience), ACLS and BLS (AHA); must have active Florida license and DEA
- Credentialing timeframe: 45 days
