Position Highlights:

• Shared staffing across four diverse hospital settings, including:
  • Low-volume community hospitals and Level IV Trauma Center
  • Provisional Level III Trauma Center
  • High-acuity, Level I Trauma Center
• Epic EMR integrated across the system
• 16 consult services available at the main referral hospital
• 24-hour OB and radiology coverage
• Tele-neurology available at all sites
• On-site helipads for timely patient transport
• H1 visa sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $323,000 – $406,000
• Choice of $100,000 starting bonus or up to $200,000 in student loan repayment
• 272 hours of PTO annually
• Annual quality and performance bonus incentives
