Emergency Medicine Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physician to join our community-focused team in Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician or recent residency graduate who is looking for a supportive, high-acuity environment with competitive compensation and work-life balance.

Practice Details:

• 40-bed ED with advanced technology, including Trauma and Fast Track rooms
• ED sees approximately 60,000 visits annually
• Average of 15-20 patients per 9-hour shift - Double and Triple Coverage
• Full-spectrum care with hospitalist backup and strong specialty support

Schedule:

• Flexible schedule of ~15 shifts/month
• Staggered shifts proportionally split between days, swing, and nights

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $466,830 annually, plus up to $100,000 in bonus'
• Extra shifts paid at a $30/hour premium
• Up to $100K in student loan repayment ($25K/year over 4 years)

• Malpractice insurance with 3-year tail coverage
