Job description
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician to provide locum services in about an hour east of Birmingham, AL. This is an excellent opportunity for a EM physician who is looking for flexible scheduling, supplement work, and/or a rewarding work environment. Coverage is needed beginning in July and ongoing during permanent recruitment.
Job Details:

Setting: Level III Trauma Center

Shifts: 7a-7p; 7p-7a (24hr of physician coverage each day)

Patient Volume: 17k

EMR System: Epic
EM physician will run codes on the floor
Requirements:

Board-Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine (or FM/IM with significant ER experience)

Active AL license and DEA
-
Non-EM boarded candidates must have ACLS, PALS, ATLS
