- Facility: 38 beds - combined ED/UC, stroke-certified hospital, using Cerner
- Practice Setting: hospital, inpatient
- Schedule: Clinical hours only
- Practice Details: ER volume: average 140 patients per shift, level 2 trauma designation, APP supervision
- Certifications: BC/BE, active WI medical license, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
