Emergency Medicine Opportunity - La Grande, Oregon
Located in northeastern Oregon - 170 miles from Boise, ID

- Quality incentives up to $50,000
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold (providers are on pace to achieve this)

Position Details
Level IV Trauma Center
71 24-hour shifts per year (0.81 FTE)
- Approximately six 24-hour shifts per month
- Nurse practitioner support during peak hours (10 am10 pm)
Patient volume: 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
- Annual visits: Approximately 12,000-13,000
Zero travel nurses during the pandemic
Full-time, permanent position
Utilizes Epic EMR
