Job Opportunity: Physician - Emergency Medicine

Location: Cambridge, Ohio

The facility features an efficient emergency department with a balanced patient volume and dedicated physician support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency care in a 16-bed ED with an annual volume of 27,000.
• Work 12-hour shifts with 24/7 physician coverage and 36 hours of APP support per day.
• Utilize Meditech EMR for patient documentation.
• Collaborate in a physician-led organization.
• Participate in occasional administrative responsibilities with on-site support.
• Available as a full-time employee (FTE) or independent contractor (IC).
• Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required.
• Please note: Relocation may be necessary as these positions require residency in the immediate area.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Family/Internal Medicine with emergency experience.
• A minimum of 12 months/2,000 hours of direct experience in Emergency Medicine.
• Proven list of procedures performed, to be submitted upon application.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Current Ohio medical license (in hand or in process).
• Proof of COVID vaccination status.
• Clean malpractice history and licensure.
• DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start).
