- Setting: Freestanding ER in San Antonio, TX (in Northwest San Antonio near Seaworld)
- higher acuity or trauma patients will be stabilized and transferred to nearest main campus hospital or children's hospital
- 12,360 annual volume
- 24 hours of physician coverage
- 12 hours of APP coverage
- 12 exam rooms
- CT, x-ray, and ultrasound capabilities
- EMR: Meditech
- Schedule: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- 60-90 days to credential
- Must be ABEM/AOBEM certified and EM-residency trained
- Must have active and unrestricted DEA
- Must have active TX license
- Must have minimum 2 years of EM experience
- Receive a weekly paycheck
- Travel and lodging expenses covered
- 100% of malpractice insurance covered
