Details:
Schedule: Both days and nights (12-hours shifts)
Dates of Coverage: starting ASAP - **10-12 shifts per month**
-Physician or APP? Physician
-Dates of service? 10-12 shifts per month
-Days or nights? Or 24hr? Both days and nights (12-hours shifts)
-Average number of admissions per day? 1-2
-Certification (ACLS, BLS, ATLS, PALS). What is required? ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification
-ER Volume? 10,000 Annually
-Any call? No
-EMR? Meditech
-Support Staff: 2 RNs and a CNA

Qualifications
Site will review General Surgery with EM Experience
IM/FM with ED experience - REQUIRED
MN license active - REQUIRED - Will accept IMLC license
ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification - REQUIRED. Need either ATLS or CALS w/ Trauma - site does not require both just one or the other.
Availability for Dec - ongoing (how many shifts per month) at time of name clear - REQUIRED
Clean Background/malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
