General Description:
- Great community in northern Michigan
- Hospital has 49 beds with 9 OB beds
- Bread and butter Emergency Medicine/ Trauma team available
- Approximately 45 visits per day
Dates of Coverage:
- 8 Shifts per month (4 day minimum stretch preferred)
- 8 Days per month starting at the end of October, 2024
Schedule:
- 12 Hour Shifts- 7AM to 7PM or 7PM to 7AM
- No Call-Holidays if scheduled and agreed to flat rate
EMR and Dictation Tools:
- Meditech
Required experience, training, and certifications:
- Board Certified
- ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS
Licensing
- Active MI license and DEA OR an IMLC Letter of Qualification
Credentialing Timeframe:
- Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
