Emergency Medicine Locum Position in Fortuna, CA paying $300 hourly where Emergency Room coverage is needed. Here are some of the details:
Start Date: October 1, 2024- Ongoing
Coverage needed: We are splitting this into two different ARs. If you are interested in Location 1 which is open already there is another possible location to submit to as well.
SCHEDULE :
Site 1- Open Shifts (subject to change):
- 10/31 7p-7a
- 11/1 7p-7a
- 11/16-18 7a-7p
Submission Requirements:***Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to submit***

- Board Certified: REQUIRED
- Licensed in CA only - REQUIRED
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS- REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice Record: PREFERRED
- Solo coverage
- ED Staff responds to codes
- House codes are secondary to emergencies in the ED
- Hospitalists admit
- EMR: Epic
- Patients per shift: 18
- Beds in department: 18
- Adult population %: 88%
- PEDS population: 12%
- Will you accept multiple providers: No
- Average number of patients per day: 18
- Number of beds: 18
- Number of ICU beds: 4
