- Preferred Schedule: Nights only needed for now 7p-7a... 7 on 7 off is needed or at least 2-3 shifts a week.. have 20 shifts a month available
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Annual Volume- 25,000
- APP shifts- 9a-9p, 11a-11p & 5p-5a
- Number of beds- 21 beds
- Transfer locations- Any of the Ohio Health facilities (Grant, Riverside, Doctors)
- Transfer %- 9.9
- Admission Rate %- 10.6
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: ABFM IM EM boards are accepted, must be active IMLC is accepted or active OH license since it takes too long to get OH license or IMLC unless active already. for credentialing purposes we like to see around 2k EM hours of experience.
