Assignment:

Dates: Starting 8/29, average of 0-6 shifts per month will be needed each month in the future.

Schedule: Day shifts are 8am -8pm

Setting: Outpatient

Call: no call

Patient Ages: Mostly adults; some peds

Support Services at facility 24 hours: Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surgery, Radiology

EMR/Charting: Athena & Meditech

Requirements:

Boards: Board Certified; Board Eligible

Certifications: BLS

Licensure: Michigan
