- 2 Providers Requested
- Shift: Single Coverage; 8a-8p ; 8p-8a 12hr shifts; 24hr shifts
- Weekend Requirements
- Facility Annual Volume: 11k
- ED or ICU Volume: 11k
- ED, Fast Track, and ICU Bed Size: 12
- Facility Total Bed Size: 48
- Admission Rate: 5.5%
- EMR: EPOWERdoc
- Minimum # of Shifts Required: 6 per month
- MUST be Board Certified. Will not accept board eligible. no exceptions
- MUST be EM residency trained or ABEM/AOBEM certified
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working in ED
- ACLS, ATLS, DEA, PALS Required
- Active FL License
