Our client in Chase County, NE is in need of a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician for one week on - one week off ongoing coverage!

Job details:

• Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete
• Schedule: 5 days per week every other week (Friday to Tuesday), (5) 24 hour days (120 hours)
• Setting: Critical Access
• Required Procedures: Intubating, suturing, lesion removal, chest tubes
• Duties: On-call covering the ER, inpatient floor and also the clinic (numbers are low enough to accommodate this schedule). An average of 3 ER patients are seen per day. The inpatient floor average daily census is 2.7. Clinic patients are generally urgent care visits; not to exceed 8 per day.
• On-call Provider is not required to stay on-site (outside of clinic hours); they just need to be in the ER within 30 minutes if requested.
• EMR: Cerner

Job Requirements:

• ABEM or ABFM with Emergency Medicine experience
• NE License and DEA
• ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Clean Background
