OVP Health is actively seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine or EM-experienced Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician to help grow our EM program at OhioHealth Southeastern Medical Center in Cambridge, OH.

OVP is a family-owned physician group practice company focused on the delivery of hospitalist and emergency department physicians. OVP's physicians and affiliated providers practice in hospitals and other inpatient facilities. The current opportunities are provided by OVP as contracted by OhioHealth Southeastern Medical Center.

Job Description:
  • Board Certified Emergency Medicine or Board Certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with EM experience are welcome to apply
  • Physician-led organization
  • 27k/yr ED volume
  • 16 bed ED
  • 24 hours/day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts)
  • 36 hours/day of APP coverage
  • Meditech EMR
  • Full-Time Employee (FTE) or Independent Contractor (IC)
  • On-site administrative support
  • Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required

Compensation and Benefits:
  • May be contracted as W2 w/benefits or 1099 independent contractor w/ guaranteed shifts. These are all-inclusive rates:
    - 1099- $250/hr
    - W2- $240/hr
    - Additional $10/hour would be added for candidates interested in working all night shifts.
  • W2 positions offer:
    - Health/Dental/Vision (w/HSA)
    - $250k group life policy
    - 401k w/company contribution
    - $3000 CME
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified in Emergency Medicine -OR- Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience - REQUIRED
  • Work experience in Emergency Medicine of at least 12 months/2,000 hours (not including training) - REQUIRED
  • OH License (in hand or in process) - REQUIRED
  • List of procedures the provider is experienced in performing (note in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED
  • Proof of COVID Vaccination Status - REQUIRED
