- Locum job opening
- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible emergency medicine physician
- Must be ER residency trained
- Must be able to work at least six shifts a month
- This is a rural hospital - locum must be confident in running ED codes, and competent in all required procedures
- Procedures required: Intubation, lac repairs, central lines, chest tubes, fracture reductions, lumbar puncture, splinting, cardioversion, surgical airway (emergent), vaginal delivery (emergent), foreign body removal
- Staffing: Will work with NPs and/or PAs. Not expected to sign their charts. Will sign out to other physicians
- Working on obtaining annual volume
- ACLS and BLS required
- EMR: EPIC
