Arc Health is actively seeking Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team and provide high-quality emergency care at Indian Health Service (IHS) facilities across Arizona and New Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to practice meaningful medicine, serve underserved populations, and work in culturally rich environments within the Navajo Nation and surrounding communities.
Position Details

Start Date: Upon credentialing

Setting: Emergency Department

Schedule: 10 and 12-hour shifts; will vary per location
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages

Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses and injuries

Perform thorough physical exams and document care accurately

Collaborate with specialists and referring physicians as needed

Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications

Board Certification: ABEM-certified required, or Eligible

Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS (all required)

License: Active, unrestricted license (any U.S. state or territory)

DEA: Active and unrestricted
-
No gap in clinical practice exceeding 6 months prior to start
