A Level II Trauma Center is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.
Explore the Navy SEAL Museum in Fort Pierce, featuring exhibits on Navy SEAL history and equipment.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM). They must also have Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). They must have completed an EM Residency and Board Certified within 5 years. Site Directors will phone interview potential locum providers and answer any questions at that time. Locum need is for equivalent of 2 FTE's. Locum providers must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends. Preference is for locum providers to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's. Main hospital campus may consider less than 12hr shifts, affiliated FSED's require 12hr shifts.
