- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine or emergency medicine physician
- ASAP-ongoing
- You’d work at two sites that are about 30 miles apart
- Need multiple candidates to cover several open shifts across both Hospitals. The need is 70 shifts across both locations, and providers will be scheduled at 1 location per day
- We need flexibility in scheduling, so your providers will need to be open to working the shifts that are listed in the job, in addition to being submitted to both locations
- Schedule options for Site 1: 6a-3p, 10a-8p, 4p-1a, 8p-6a
- Schedule options for Site 2: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- Not a Trauma Center
- APP/Mid-level coverage available during Mid-Day shift time
- Site 1: 52k patients a year/Busy department
- Site 2: 18k patients a year/8 Treatment rooms
- EMR: Sunrise
