- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover On-site clinical hours only. The facility are willing to look at any availability the providers can offer but information is below regarding the shifts. Would need providers that can work night shifts as well. 5-10 shifts a month, shift times are: 6am-3pm, 9am-6pm, 3pm-11pm, 6pm-2am, and 11pm-6am. There are an average of 16 patients per shift and 26 beds in the department.
