Qualifications

OH MD/DO license or IMLC
Active DEA
BC in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine. *If BC in FM or IM, must have at least 12 months experiences in EM.

ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
Up-to-date CV with mm/yyyy format

Working Hours

Shifts will be a day/night blend unless all nights are preferred (could be accommodated).
