Are you seeking a dynamic and fulfilling locum opportunity in the vibrant city of Phoenix, AZ? Our client, a 317-bed all-private hospital built in 2005, is currently looking for dedicated Emergency Medicine Physicians to join their team. Located on the west side of Phoenix, serving a diverse community, this facility offers state-of-the-art medical services and boasts the third busiest Emergency Department in Arizona.

Position Profile:

  • Brand new state-of-the-art emergency department with 75 ED beds.
  • Annual volume of 85,000 patients, with 83% adults and 17% pediatrics.
  • Level 4 Trauma designation.
  • Advanced Practice Provider and Scribe coverage.
  • All specialties available except Pediatrics, Neurosurgery, ENT, and OMFS.
  • Candidates must be EM residency trained or ABEM/AOBEM certified/eligible.
  • EMR: CERNER.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: Various shifts from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM start times, with durations ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Various shifts from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM start times, with durations ranging from 8 to 12 hours.

Qualifications

Active MD/DO license in AZ or IMLC
Must be EM residency trained or ABEM/AOBEM certified/eligible.
BC/BE
Must have at least 2 years of experience working in the ED.
ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications
Updated CV in mm/yy format. Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent on top. Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV.

6a-2p, 7a-4p, 7a-5p, 10a-7p, 11a-9p, 2p-11p, 4p-1a, 6p-4a, 8p-6a, 9p-7a

Saturday and Sunday:
6a-2p, 7a-3p, 8a-6p, 11a-8p, 2p-11p, 3p-12a, 6a-4a, 8p-6a, 9p-7a
