Requirements
- Active AZ License
- ABEM
- Board Certified or Eligible
- IF Eligible, Must have completed residency or fellowship training within the last 60 months and must obtain certification within 60 months from date of completion of training
- ACLS, PALS
- Must be certified in ANCP or ENP
