ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

• Annual Volume - 700-1,000

• OPEN -ICU

• MediTech

• APP support

• Daily Patient Load-1.95

• ED PPH -2.5

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Medical License and DEA

• Must have clean malpractice/background for temp privs

• Must be Board Certified EM (If BE, must be boarded 5yrs after residency.)

• Must be able to work at least 7 shift per month

• Must have all licenses and certifications listed on CV

• Must have current start date and availability

• ACLS/ATLS APPs- ACLS/BLS Required

• Shift Model --- 24 Physician + 12 APP
