Sierra Emergency Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE EM physician to join its independent, democratic group of physicians in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains.

Position Details
- One year shareholder track
- $50,000 sign on bonus for four-year contract
- SLRP: State Loan Repayment Program eligible
- Flexibility to choose number of shifts per month
- Compensation calculated as base rate plus RVU
- Nights optional after first year, additional bonus if worked
- 8-9 hour shifts, 44 hours of physician coverage, 20 hours APP
