Emergency Medicine – Southwestern Georgia

• Join a great team and friendly community in Southwestern Georgia at this 75- bed hospital with volume of 20-25K visits to the ER per year.
• My client is looking primarily for EM trained Hospital-employed full-time providers who would work 12 shifts per month (12 hour shifts 6a-6p or 6p-6a).
• They can also do part time employment and they would also consider FM or IM trained physicians with experience.
• This hospital is not a trauma center, there is single coverage on a lot of the shifts but they have APP assistance.

Compensation:

• Base salary - $388,800
• Incentive based on metrics – up to $25,000
• Sign on - $25,000
• Relocation allowance – up to $15,000 of allowable expenses
• CME - $5,000 allowance
• No RVUs
• Excess shifts $235/hour
• Hours per year – 1,728
• Independent Contractor Rate is $220/hour
