Current registration with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and a current State Controlled Substance license from the State of Hawai'i Department of Public Safety's (DPS) Narcotics Enforcement Division (NED). Experience: Two (2) years of professional experience as a practicing physician.
