Locums – Independence, Missouri, Emergency Medicine Openings
- Clinical Role:

- ASAP – Ongoing Need
- 6 Providers Requested
- 65,000 annual patient visits
- Level II Trauma Center
- 45 ED beds (285 Total Beds)
- Rapid Care Unit open 24/7
- 55-hours physician coverage; 9 & 10-hour shifts
- 47-hours APP coverage; 12-hour shifts
- Dedicated Nocturnist
- Meditech EMR
- Phys Shifts: 6a-4p, 9a-7p, 1p-11p, 5p-3a, 8p-6a
- APP Shifts: 6a-4p, 8a-8p, 11a-11p, 6p-6a
- ED physicians- ABMS/AOA BC in EM, or BC within 7 yrs. of residency
- EM, FP, IM, & PEDS BC accepted with 5 years of EM experience
- Current ACLS, PALS Certification and Physician Board Certified (or eligible) in Emergency Medicine; Must have successfully completed ATLS course at least once.
- Physician certified by boards other than Emergency Medicine are required to maintain current ATLS status in addition to current ACLS & PALS
