JOB INFORMATION :
*Locum will need to remain flexible for shift coverage needs as they will utilize the locum for what is best for our need on the dates they are able to provide.
*We are looking for 2-3 candidates. The 15-28 shifts needed are across all campuses.
*You will need to submit candidates to all 3 locations.
*Average number of patients per physician per day: 15-18/day; Average patients per hour: 2
*Hospitalist admits patients with the specialist as a consult.
*Location is a Level 2 trauma center
*Staffing Model at Location: 2-3 Physicians working during most hours; single APP support 24/7
*Number of ER rooms at MT: 40
*Annual Volume: 45,000+
*Number of hospital beds: 298
*4-8 weeks timeline for credentialing
REQUIREMENTS :
DEA Required? : Yes
State Licensure : IN
CSR License Required? : No
*Prefer Candidates who can cover 5-7 day stretches at a time.
*Prefer candidates to have a clear background with no malpractice.
*Not accepting IM boarded physicians at this time.
*If ABEM certified only NIHSS is required. If FM boarded then ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and BLS are required also
