- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible emergency medicine physician
- Must be emergency medicine residency trained
- April 1-June 30
- Client needs up to 13 shifts a month covered
- Physician Shifts 6am-5pm, 10am-9pm, 4pm-2am, 8pm-6am
- APP Shifts - 2pm-2am, 7am-7pm
- Department runs 24/7, shifts can be at any time of the day and we would prefer locums to have flexibility to work any of the variated shifts provided
- Annual patient volume: 40,000
- 25% of total volume are admitted. Around 10,000 admit annually
- Single or double coverage? Variable coverage/day/time of day
- Admissions are requested by the ED docs and fall to the receiving unit after the patient leaves the ED
- Bed Count: 46 ED beds
- 20 minutes east of Pittsburgh
- EMR: EPIC/Cerner
