MSI has a part-time or full-time Emergency Medicine locums opportunity located in Lewiston, Maine.
About this Opportunity:
- Specialty: Physician - Emergency Medicine

- Schedule: 11-13 shifts monthly. Will need to float between 3 hospitals
- Work Details:
- · Support staff: Single and double coverage. Admitting service writes admission orders
- · Amount of coverage needed per month: 11-13 shifts
- · Patients per day: 130
- · Patient population/age: 85% adults, 15% PEDS
- · Department description: Level 3 trauma center. Fast track in the ED. Lab and x-ray onsite.
- · EMR: Cerner
- · Hospital bed size: 36
- · Special procedures: Required
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required
- License required: Yes; ME or IMLC
- DEA: Yes
- Certifications required: BLS
- Minimum experience required: 2+ years
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
