Genie Healthcare is looking for URGENT Physician Emergency Medicine Coverage!
Details:
Starting ASAP, 4-6 shifts per month. Both days and nights - 12 hour shifts. Average
number of admissions per day? 1-2Support Staff: 2 RNs and 1 CNAER Volume: 10,000 AnnuallyEMR: MeditechReason for
coverage: PT ER physician retiring at end of December and another FT ER
physician leaving for private practice beginning of DecemberCredentialing timeframe: Medical staff temp privileges in 30 days or less, but up to 90 days or more to get them Payor credentialed as well.
Preferred Lodging:C'Mon Inn - Park Rapids, MN. 56470Travel Section (adjust first part all before "only" on providers needs): "Flights, lodging, and car rental only. - Travel will abide by Travel Policy, except where otherwise indicated below.” If Lodging - "Reimbursed by Receipt - Preferred lodging per job description or up 1.5x the GSA rate."If Car rental - "Reimbursed by Receipt - $65 ‘all-in’ daily cap" If mileage - "IRS Standard rate per CSH guidelines"
Rates to Submit:
Malpractice rates - Must be included in the rates. Orientation rate (half the hourly rate, kicks in after 8 hours) - "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"Hourly rate - $230 per hour range cap - "Per hour, no OT"Holiday - "1.5x hourly rate, per hour, no OT"
