- Work Dates Needed: 6 month and ongoing once credentialing is complete.
- Preferred Schedule: 1 Day (7:30a-3:30P), 1 Mid (3:30p-11:30p), 1 Night (11:30p-7:30a)
- Worksite Setting: Annual Patient Volume: 15,330, ED Bed Count:14, Trauma Level: TBD
- Scope of Work: Patients per Hour: 1.75
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE, EM, ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BLS, active KY license, and COVID vaccine or exemption is required.
- EMR: EPIC, No Scribe coverage
- Travel Covered
