We’re currently seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to fill an opening in Minneapolis taking any state license.

Details –

• Will take any state license
• Competitive Pay
• Start Date – April 2024
• 12 month Initial Contract – option to extend up to 5 years total
  • Will consider a minimum 3 month contract
• Full-time schedule only
  • 75% Day Shift, 25% Night Shift
  • Weekend coverage every 4th week
  • 90% patient care, 10% administrative
• Malpractice coverage provided

Responsibilities –

• Emergency Medicine – Provide patient care in the ER. Execute various procedures including line placements, emergency chest tubes, fracture/dislocation reduction, etc. Participate in administrative, quality and skills improvement functions.
• Quality of Care Improvement - Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and meeting with committee participation as required by facility Chief of Service, Chief of Staff or designee.
• Administrative – Participate in various administrative duties including resident presentations, peer review, simulation training, didactics, and conferences.
• Facility Coverage - Trauma of eye, Trauma of musculoskeletal system, Trauma of Nerves, Psychiatric, Respiratory, Renal and Urologic, OB/GYN, Sutures.

Required Qualifications

• Active/Unrestricted Medical License in any State
• BC/BE ABEM *preferred* -or- ABIM/ABFM with ER experience
• BLS & ACLS Certification
• DEA registration
