Position Details:
• Join 6 ED physicians and 2 NPs who take a lot of pride in the positive and collegial culture they've nurtured amongst their group at this award-winning independent hospital in the pristine Duluth, MN area (MN's 2nd largest metro area)
• Flexible scheduling: ED Medical Director is dedicated to working with each provider to create a schedule they feel good about. Block scheduling available
• Option for as few as 8 or as many as 14+ twelve-hour shifts per month - up to you
• 9-10K ER visits annually, Level IV Trauma Center - extremely reasonable daily volumes
• Hospitalists (MDs/DOs), Anesthesia, and Lab are all on-site 24-7. ED nursing staff is highly competent
• High-quality in-house imaging: digital radiography, MR, CT, US, 3D mammo, cardiac stress testing and monitoring, EKGs, echocardiography, and nuclear medicine
• 100K signing bonus
• Extremely competitive hourly rate: 90th percentile+ earning potential
• 240 hours of PTO = incredible work/life balance
• Hospital employed position, offering comprehensive benefits: health/vision/dental; malpractice insurance; generous retirement plans; 5K CME stipend
