- Clinical Role:

- Provider must be available 7-10 shifts/month consistently for the next 3-4 months
- 12/hr. Shifts
- Weekend Requirements
- No Call
- Annual Volume- 30,000
- Physician shifts- 7a-7p, 11a-11p & 7p-7a
- APP shifts- 9a-9p & 5p-5a
- Number of beds- 21 beds
- Transfer %- 9.9
- Admission Rate %- 10.6
- EMR: Epic
- Board Certified (if ABIM or ABFM – Require EM Credentials and Recent Experience) – Required
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in EM – Required
- Active OH License – Required
- Covid Vaccine – Required
- BLS, ACLS – Required
- NRP – Required
