Requirements:
- OH License (preferred)
- BC in EM or FM (if FM, must have relevant EM experience)
- Case Logs (Last 12 months/2,000 hrs)
- Procedures logs
- Proof of COVID Vaccination
- DEA (must obtain prior to start date)
