Physician shifts- 7a-7p, 11a-11p & 7p-7a
APP shifts- 9a-9p & 5p-5a
Number of beds- 21 beds
Transfer locations- Any of the Ohio Health facilities (Grant, Riverside, Doctors)
Transfer %- 9.9
Admission Rate %- 10.6
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Board Certified REQUIRED (if ABIM or ABFM - require EM credentials and recent experience) Must have minimum 1 year experience in EM (will be checking for this on presentations)
OH License - REQUIRED
Proof of COVID Vaccination Status - REQUIRED
BLS/ACLS - Current at time of submission
Clean background, no malpractice - REQUIRED
