Two facilities in central PA are looking for EM physician coverage. Please see the details below:

State License Required to Apply?: Yes

Minimum # Years Experience: 1


REQUIREMENTS:

*Prefers candidates be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Osteopathic Emergency Medicine or Board eligible

*ACLS, BLS, and PALS - must be through AHA or Red Cross.

*Stroke Certified

*Provider will be credentialed with two nearby facilities

DEA Required?: No

State Licensure: Pennsylvania

CSR License Required?: No


COVERAGE NEED:

10 or 12 hour shifts

Estimated Shifts/Month: 5

EMR / Charting: Cerner
