- Work Dates Needed: 12/1/23 - 12/31/24 Days/Nights 24 hours shifts are allowed
- Emergency Dept, no trauma designation
- Scope of Work: 12 ER beds; see patients in free standing ER and Urgent Care
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active Indiana license, Indiana DHEC and DEA, ABEM required – Board Eligible accepted if within 5 years of residency. If BE – ACLS and BLS required. Not required if ABEM
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: Emergency Privs with clean file
